What you'll do

  • Serves as the primary point of contact with HQ Program Operations and Country office staff (in English and Spanish) to understand business questions, reporting requirements, and decision-making needs.
  • Design and maintain Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights tailored to end-user needs.
  • Validate report data for accuracy, ensure dashboards reflect correct business needs rules and structures, ad maintain documentation for report logic, definitions, filters, and assumptions.
  • Develop and deliver training, and job aids (in English and Spanish) to help users navigate and interpret reports.
  • Provide ongoing user support in English and Spanish by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guidig no-technical staff in data-driven decision-makig.
  • Assist in system issue triage by reproducing and documenting errors, coordinating with relevant teams, and testing fixes.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, providing feedback and supporting release communications.
  • Assist with periodic access audits and coordinate with IT on user provisioning for reporting tools.
  • Contribute to process mapping, workflow documentation, and light process improvement activities in collaboration with the Director.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence/reporting roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with demonstrated ability to support Spanish-speaking users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required, including data modeling and visualization best practices.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Query skills, including complex formulas and data transformation techniques.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, data modeling, and related analytics tools is preferred.
  • Experience leading requirements discussions, documenting business needs, and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with one or more of: Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday, and SmartSimple systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of data governance and cross-system integration are highly desired.
  • Preferred: Experience working with international or distributed teams strongly preferred.
  • Occasional travel to WWF-US field or country office (less than 5%, a minimum of 1 to 2 trips a year to Washington, DC or other Latin American field offices) may be required.
