What you'll do
- Provide professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and general account-related questions
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
What they require
- C1/C2 level Spanish, both written and verbal
- High level of English
- Native language and nationality listed in C.V. and/or cover letter
- Valid EU passport
- Must be living in Greece, or willing to relocate
