What you'll do

  • Develop, negotiate, and administer a wide range of sourcing contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements, with suppliers globally.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret complex contractual terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, engineering, and other internal departments to ensure contract terms align with business objectives and legal requirements.
  • Lead and support supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable supply chains.
  • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and support the resolution of contract-related disputes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records within the company’s contract management system.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for contract management and sourcing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Jabil's policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all contractual dealings.
