Solutions Architect who thinks in systems, builds with AI, and owns a problem from the first conversation all the way to production. This isn't a traditional developer role. You'll talk directly with the people who have the problem, design a solution that actually fits, and use AI-native tools as your primary build engine to bring it to life.

What you'll do

  • Engage directly with end-users and stakeholders to understand problems, surface requirements, and define what success looks like.
  • Design solution architectures that are practical, scalable, and grounded in real business needs.
  • Build and iterate on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows.
  • Own your solution from first conversation through production deployment.
  • Continuously shrink the time between spotting a problem and shipping working software.

What they require

  • Experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role.
  • Demonstrated ability to build working solutions using AI-native tools — this is required in place of a formal degree.
  • Comfort listening first and building second: you gather requirements by asking questions, not assuming answers.
  • A systems-thinking mindset — you see the whole problem, not just the immediate ask.
  • An iterative approach: you ship early, gather feedback, and improve fast.
