What You'll Work On
- Troubleshooting CDN, DNS, SSL, and web infrastructure issues
- Supporting customers and resolving complex technical challenges
- Configuring and optimizing CDN and traffic routing solutions
- Assisting with WAF, Bot Management, and DDoS protection initiatives
Requirements ✅ 4–5+ years of experience in Technical Support, DevOps, Web Infrastructure, or related roles ✅ Strong understanding of DNS, CDN, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, and Networking ✅ Experience with Cloudflare or other CDN providers is a plus ✅ Knowledge of WAF, DDoS Protection, and Web Security ✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
