We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to shape technology strategies and deliver impactful solutions for patient service platforms and integrations. You will work in a collaborative environment, partnering with stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a passion for designing scalable, compliant, and modern architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of solutions and develop comprehensive blueprints for patient service platforms and their integrations
- Provide architectural guidance and review for multiple platform solutions, emphasizing low-code and no-code approaches
- Advise on multi-channel orchestration strategies to ensure seamless integration across Salesforce platforms (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, Data360), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, web platforms, and webinar tools
- Review and recommend best practices for consent management solutions to ensure compliance and enhance user experience
- Evaluate and guide the design of data pipelines and data governance strategies from a holistic perspective
- Advise on AI and machine learning solution architecture using Snowflake Cortex AI, Gen AI frameworks, and AWS technologies
- Oversee reporting and dashboarding solutions, including Power BI, to ensure they meet business requirements
- Review integration strategies for patient service platforms to ensure scalable and compliant architecture
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in solution architecture or related roles
- At least 3 years in leadership, management, or coordinator positions
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms including Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Voice, Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce, and Data360
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for multi-channel orchestration
- Proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Collibra, Unix, and Python for data engineering and integration
- Proven track record of integrating these technologies in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive solution design and create detailed solution blueprints
- Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written, at C1+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with Gen AI frameworks such as Langchain and Langgraph, and AWS stack including S3, EC2, Sagemaker, and Bedrock for advanced AI and cloud solutions
- Familiarity with Power BI for business intelligence and reporting
- Knowledge of Amazon Voice, Mulesoft, OneTrust, Sitecore, and Rippit for additional integration and platform capabilities
