What you'll do

  • Designs and develops automated tests using Cypress, Selenium, or similar testing tools
  • Develops and executes manual testing plans for software development
  • Participates in reviews of designs and technical specifications
  • Documents testing plans and results, communicating feedback and issues to development team
  • Assists product and development teams with triaging user-identified issues and bugs
  • Supports product and development team in identifying and documenting edge cases and system limitations
  • Runs database queries, supports release cycle, develops Java, JavaScript, or Python, and/or configures Liferay as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required)
  • Preferred: Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience working in Information Technology (required)
  • Preferred: 1-3 years of hands-on experience developing, supporting, or testing software in an agile team
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience with Java and SQL
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Liferay DXP, version 7.4
  • Preferred: Understanding of or experience with release planning or DevOps
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
