Wir erweitern unser Dev-Team – und zwar auf mehreren Wegen gleichzeitig. Unsere Differenzierung sehen wir neben unserem Team in der Technologie. Nicht als Supportfunktion, sondern als das, was die Gruppe mehr wert macht als die Summe ihrer Teile. Dafür bauen wir zwei Dinge: Neuplaner Vision , das zweite Gehirn der Gruppe – du stellst eine Frage in normaler Sprache und bekommst eine Antwort aus unseren eigenen Dokumenten, Mails und Meetings, mit Quellenangabe zurück zum Original. Darauf setzen konkrete Workflows auf, heute in der Holding, als Nächstes in den Kanzleien mit eigenem Tenant und eigenen Daten. Und eine tech-enabled Talent Strategy , die die Fähigkeiten mehrerer Hundert Berater:innen über alle Kanzleien hinweg sichtbar und nutzbar macht – neue Codebase, du schreibst die ersten Zeilen. Stack: Python 3.12 / FastAPI, PostgreSQL 16 mit pgvector, React + TypeScript im Strict Mode, Claude API direkt angesprochen (kein LangChain), AWS. In der Talent-Codebase Nest.js, Angular, MongoDB. Angewandtes AI Engineering – wir rufen Modelle auf, wir trainieren sie nicht. Rund 200.000 Zeilen, zwei Live-Installationen, echte Nutzer, kleine gereviewte Pull Requests. Wie du dabei sein kannst: als Werkstudent:in, im Praktikum, in Festanstellung oder als Freelancer – auch eine Abschlussarbeit ist ein möglicher Einstieg. What you'll do
- Building Neuplaner Vision: a system that answers questions from internal documents, emails, and meetings with source citations.
- Developing concrete workflows on top of Neuplaner Vision, initially for the holding company, then for law firms with their own tenants and data.
- Developing a tech-enabled Talent Strategy to make the skills of hundreds of consultants visible and usable across all law firms.
- Writing the first lines of code for the new Talent Strategy codebase.
- Applying AI Engineering: calling models, not training them.
- Working with approximately 200,000 lines of code.
- Managing two live installations.
- Interacting with real users.
- Submitting small, reviewed pull requests.
