What you'll do

  • Design, build, and maintain the Microsoft Teams bot and related applications using .NET and C#
  • Develop the underlying real-time audio/video and setting media-streaming functionality supporting the Teams integration
  • Build and maintain backend services, approvals, and integrations that connect Microsoft Teams with Reality Defender's platform
  • Work with Microsoft Teams APIs, Microsoft Graph, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Design and implement scalable services for real-time communications and media workflows
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs into production applications
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
  • Improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and observability of integration services
  • Write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD and engineering best practices
  • Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
  • Collaborate with Product and other engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Take ownership of projects from design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement
  • Help shape the future of Reality Defender's enterprise integrations and real-time detection capabilities

What they require

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong professional experience developing production applications with .NET and C#
  • Experience working in Windows and Visual Studio environments
  • Strong understanding of .NET frameworks, libraries, and development patterns
  • Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs
  • Experience building production software with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability
  • Experience with real-time audio/video, media streaming, communications, or similar technologies
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience writing automated tests and working with modern software development practices
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering and product teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
