The Crown Is Yours As a Software Engineer, you'll build and scale the real-time systems that power nonstop experiences for millions of customers. From day one, you'll ship production code and help drive the performance of high-traffic platforms used 24/7. You'll work alongside talented engineers, product managers, and designers to bring new features to life, solve tough challenges at scale, and support systems that our customers count on. What You'll Do Build and maintain scalable, reliable back-end systems and APIs that support high-traffic applications used by customers around the clock. Contribute to production code from day one, working on systems that power a 24/7 real-time sports and casino betting experience. Triage, debug, and resolve software issues, ensuring performance and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to launch new features quickly and efficiently. Adapt to changing priorities with agility, balancing speed of delivery with technical excellence. Use modern tools and best practices to solve complex problems at scale. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. At least 1 year of professional experience in object-oriented backend development using languages such as C# or Java, with solid knowledge of OOP principles, design patterns, and backend system fundamentals. Exposure to designing and supporting scalable distributed systems in Cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience writing and maintaining automated test suites including unit, integration, and performance tests for backend services.
