Using modern cloud technologies, intelligent integrations, and AI-driven solutions, we create products that transform how organizations attract and hire talent. As a Software Architect, you will work closely with our Senior Software Architect and multiple engineering teams. You will help design technical solutions for complex challenges, build core platform capabilities, and bring AI applications into production. While influencing technical direction across products, you remain hands-on and actively contribute to implementation. Your Responsibilities Your Responsibilities Design and evolve the architecture of our Talent Acquisition products Develop core platforms and integration components Support engineering teams in architecture and technology decisions Design and implement AI- and LLM-based solutions Ensure scalability, quality, security, and compliance across systems Foster engineering excellence through mentoring, code reviews, and best practices
