Learn more about our story and join us on our journey. About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to support and execute Vilgain's organic social presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, knows what performs on Instagram and TikTok, and wants to be part of building a global food brand's social identity day by day. What you will do Create and publish organic content across Vilgain's social channels — primarily Instagram and TikTok. Execute content plans and adapt content across the market as needed. Manage community engagement — responding to comments and DMs and building genuine connections with followers. Creation of reels, stories and feed content: writing captions, briefing visuals, coordinating with creative. Monitor trends, formats and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant. Track performance metrics and share insights to support continuous content improvement. Assist with social-first campaigns, product launches and key brand moments. What we are looking for Experience creating and publishing content for social media channels, either for an agency or ideally for a consumer brand. Strong understanding of Instagram — reels, stories, feed aesthetics, captions and community behavior. Strong understanding of TikTok - native content, TT culture. Good eye for content quality — you know what looks good and feels native on each platform. Organised and reliable — you can manage a content calendar and meet deadlines. Genuine passion for food, nutrition and lifestyle. Excellent English; other languages are a plus. Creative, curious and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
