About DrHouse
DrHouse is a fast-growing telehealth company making healthcare more accessible for patients across the United States.
Social media is a key part of our growth strategy. Our goal is not simply to gain followers. We create content that builds trust, educates consumers, and motivates people to use DrHouse when they need care.
The Role
We are looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, not just a social media coordinator.
This role requires previous experience managing social media for a healthcare, telehealth, health-tech, SaaS, or technology brand. You should understand how to create content that builds trust, educates audiences, and drives measurable business results in fast-paced, regulated industries.
You will build and manage 30-day campaigns that support our marketing strategy, seasonal healthcare trends, email campaigns, website content, product launches, promotions, and business priorities.
You should be comfortable taking ownership, identifying opportunities, and bringing new ideas to the table without waiting for detailed instructions.
If you need to be told exactly what to do every day, this is not the right role.
What You Will Own
- Build and maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar that is always at least 30 days ahead.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Write platform-specific copy that sounds human, builds trust, and encourages people to take action.
- Design graphics, carousels, reels, and short-form videos using Canva and other editing tools.
- Align social content with ongoing email campaigns, website content, seasonal health needs, promotions, healthcare awareness moments, and timely reasons consumers may need telemedicine.
- Create content that encourages US consumers to visit the website, download the app, start a consultation, and complete a telemedicine visit.
- Repurpose content strategically across platforms instead of simply copying and pasting the same post everywhere.
- Complete a minimum of 20 meaningful engagement activities every business day across LinkedIn and Instagram. Comments must be thoughtful, personalized, and add value. Generic or automated comments are not acceptable.
- Maintain an engagement tracker with links to posts, engagement completed, target accounts, and recommended follow-up opportunities.
- Monitor comments and messages on DrHouse content and draft timely responses.
- Bring new campaign ideas, content opportunities, and organic growth experiments to the team.
- Deliver a concise weekly report highlighting results, insights, recommendations, blockers, and priorities for the following week.
- Communicate early when a deadline is at risk. Silence, missed follow-ups, and incomplete assignments are not acceptable.
Content Priorities
- Three LinkedIn posts per week.
- Three Instagram posts per week, with selected content repurposed for Facebook.
- Two short-form videos per week, repurposed for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Daily LinkedIn and Instagram engagement.
- Timely responses to comments on published posts.
Success Measures
- Qualified organic traffic from social media.
- Website visits, app downloads, consultations started, and completed telemedicine visits influenced by social campaigns.
- Engagement quality and relevant audience growth.
- Consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a 30-day-ahead content calendar.
- Proactive ideas that improve content performance and business results.
Approval & Quality Standards
Initially, all calendars, copy, graphics, and videos must be submitted for approval before publishing. Greater publishing autonomy may be provided after you demonstrate strong judgment, consistency, and knowledge of the DrHouse brand.
You are responsible for checking spelling, links, formatting, brand consistency, and accuracy before submitting work.
Because we operate in healthcare, all content must be accurate, responsible, and aligned with approved company messaging. Unsupported health claims will not be published.
