What you'll do

  • Build and execute an artist's social media strategy from the ground up.
  • Develop unique brand identity, mood boards and visual direction (colour theory/grading references).
  • Plan content around releases, campaigns and key moments; manage content calendars and scheduling.
  • Grow accounts organically using platform best practices and trends; plan, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns.
  • Monitor performance and refine strategies based on analytics; write creative briefs and direct designers/editors.

What they require

  • Proven experience managing social media for musicians, music brands or entertainment clients.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, especially on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • Experience running and optimising Meta Ads.
  • Strong branding skills with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling and visual consistency; ability to create mood boards and communicate a creative vision.
  • Experience directing designers and video editors, excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple artists and meet deadlines.
