Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST)
Role Overview We are seeking a Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media strategy, driving reach, engagement, and brand consistency. This role is responsible for strategic planning, performance optimization, and managing content workflows across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals
- Ideate, create, schedule, and optimize social content
- Own the social content calendar across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content based on insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches
- Establish best practices for tone of voice and content governance
- Stay current on platform updates and social media best practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital-first companies
- Familiarity with paid social amplification and A/B testing
- Experience defining brand voice and social guidelines
Tools & Technology
- Social Platforms & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar
- Analytics: Native platform analytics, Google Analytics
- Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
