Gyld Finance is building the tokenized fixed income layer for crypto, purchasing USD-denominated corporate bonds and issuing them on-chain as yield-bearing tokens for institutional investors. The company is seeking a crypto-native social media and growth specialist to own its voice across Twitter/X, Telegram, LinkedIn, and the DeFi ecosystem while generating inbound interest from DeFi vault curators, protocol treasuries, market makers, funds, exchanges, and institutional allocators.
📋 Responsibilities include:
- Own Gyld’s social presence end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, writing, posting, and engagement across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Farcaster
- Build reputation as the credible voice on tokenized fixed income and RWA yield through threads, market commentary, product explainers, and data-driven content
- Generate qualified inbound leads from target accounts
- Engage authentically in the DeFi conversation and build relationships with founders, curators, researchers, and KOLs
- Work with founders to translate complex structuring and regulatory concepts into accurate, compelling content
- Support ecosystem and BD initiatives including launch announcements and partner co-marketing
- Report monthly on follower quality, engagement, inbound volume, and conversion
🔑 Requirements:
- Deep, demonstrable familiarity with the DeFi ecosystem, protocols, people, and discourse with examples of accounts or content grown
- Existing network in crypto: founders, curators, researchers, KOLs, or ecosystem teams
- Working knowledge of RWA tokenization, tokenized treasuries/credit, DeFi vaults, lending markets, leverage strategies, stablecoins, and major chains
- Excellent written English for sharp crypto-native threads and institutional LinkedIn posts
- Self-directed and comfortable owning a function at an early-stage startup
🛠 Nice-to-have:
- Experience marketing RWA, stablecoin, yield, or structured product protocols
- Familiarity with institutional or fixed income concepts (bonds, yield, credit, custody)
- Experience running Telegram/Discord communities
- Prior co-marketing work with exchanges or vault curators
- Basic analytics skills for social listening and inbound attribution
