What you'll do

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms
  • Produce content across formats including posts, memes, clips, reels, short-form videos, graphics, polls, and community engagement content
  • Generate fresh content ideas inspired by comics, anime, gaming, fandom culture, internet trends, and current events
  • Adapt content for platform specific audiences across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with artists, writers, editors, creators, and other team members to develop engaging social first content
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation, ideation, research, and production
  • Help grow followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand awareness
  • Monitor trends, conversations, memes, and opportunities in real time
  • Test new content formats, campaigns, and growth strategies
  • Track content performance and optimize based on results
  • Research and identify relevant creators, influencers, artists, writers, streamers, podcasters, and community leaders
  • Conduct outreach and relationship building with creators and potential partners
  • Secure collaborations, partnerships, interviews, giveaways, guest appearances, and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Maintain creator databases and collaboration pipelines
  • Engage directly with fans and community members across platforms
  • Participate in conversations within anime, comic, gaming, and fandom communities
  • Help transform casual followers into active community members

What they require

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, influencer marketing, community management or growth marketing
  • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2), both written and verbal
  • Deep familiarity with anime, comics, gaming, fandom communities, memes, and internet culture
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content performance, and audience engagement
  • Comfortable creating and publishing content at a high volume
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and self directed mindset
