What you'll do
- Designation the graphic system — titles, lower thirds, transitions — that ties all nine videos together as one series, even though three different creators are each doing their own thing on camera.
- Build within the brand's existing brand book and visual identity, but adapt it for social. This isn't clean broadcast-type face; it's looking at how motion graphics actually look and move on social media.
- Give creative input on story points and shot lists before a segment launches.
- Act as a creative sounding board alongside the editor through the rolling edit, helping keep tone and pacing consistent across all three creators.
What they require
- Art direction or graphic design experience built for social, not just print or broadcast.
- An eye for what makes motion graphics feel native to a platform instead of imported from a TV spot.
- Experience in building a visual system that holds together across multiple pieces of content and types of raw material.
- Comfort with giving creative direction and making the graphics yourself — this role requires on occasion some narrative oversight as well.
