О компании ViaHonest — это Web3-маркетплейс для физических товаров: продавцы выставляют вещи (кроссовки, стритвир, арт, мерч, коллекционные предметы), каждый товар получает цифровой сертификат подлинности, а сделки защищены escrow. Продукт живой, работает, построен на Polygon. Основной рынок — США.
Мы усиливаем команду и ищем SMM-щика, который работает по-новому: через нейросети и автоматизацию делает много контента, ловит тренды и быстро тестирует гипотезы.
▪️Что нужно делать: ▫️Вести и растить наши соцсети: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram и др. ▫️Массово производить контент с помощью нейросетей — тексты и графика (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, генерация видео и т.д.) ▫️Ловить тренды и быстро превращать их в контент, пока они актуальны ▫️Выстраивать автоматизации, чтобы контентных единиц было больше при том же времени ▫️Постоянно тестировать гипотезы: форматы, заходы, темы — смотреть, что залетает, и масштабировать
▪️Кого ищем: ▫️Опыт в крипте / Web3 — обязательно (понимаешь культуру, тон, комьюнити) ▫️Уверенная работа с нейросетями — текстовыми и графическими; умеешь выжимать из них результат, а не просто «спросить у ChatGPT» ▫️Чувство трендов — видишь, что заходит прямо сейчас, и успеваешь первым ▫️Умение строить автоматизации и процессы под объём контента ▫️Мышление через тесты и гипотезы, а не «запостил и забыл» ▫️Навыки копирайтинга — умеешь довести AI-текст до чистого, цепляющего результата ▫️Русский язык свободно + английский (переписка, контент)
▪️Будет большим плюсом: ▫️Разговорный английский ▫️Опыт с маркетплейсами / e-commerce ▫️Насмотренность в визуале, Reels, короткие видео ▫️Свой стек инструментов и связок (AI + автоматизация)
