Requirements

Native or fluent Slovak language skills — both spoken and written — are essential for this role; candidates without proficiency in Slovak will not be considered. Valid EU passport or relevant documentation confirming the right to work within the EU (mandatory). A genuine passion for the tourism industry and a strong desire to deliver exceptional travel experiences to customers. Previous experience in a customer service, travel agency, or tourism-related role is highly advantageous, though motivated candidates with transferable skills are warmly encouraged to apply.
