Key Responsibilities: Participate in a bi-weekly on-call rotation supporting production environments. Monitor production systems and respond to incidents. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. Build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve internal tooling. Reduce technical debt through engineering improvements. Improve deployment automation and operational workflows. Build and maintain monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and observability using Datadog. Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve operational readiness before production releases. Participate in production deployments and change management activities. Remediate infrastructure-related vulnerabilities. Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and runbooks. Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, scalability, security, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications in production. Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS, S3). Experience managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar. Strong experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Python and/or Bash scripting. Experience participating in production on-call rotations. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Excellent English communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Experience implementing SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets).
