Looking for a long-term editor for 60s Reels/Shorts in the business/tech niche. Starting with a 10-video batch ($150 flat), leading to an ongoing retainer.
**Editing Style (Blend of Shankar Unravelled x Ahmed's Business):**
- **Pacing & SFX:** Ultra-fast cuts (every 0.8–1.2s), zero speech gaps, punchy SFX (whooshes, booms) over ducked thriller BGM.
- **Captions:** Centre-screen, word-by-word animated text with colour highlights (Yellow=names, Red=conflict, Green=profit).
- **Visuals & Suspense:** Dark 4K stock/archival B-roll. Anonymity Rule**:** Keep brand/founder face hidden until the final 3 seconds. Cut BGM to silence 0.5s before the final name reveal.
**Workflow:**
- **I Provide:** Written scripts + Eleven Labs account.
- **You Handle:** Voiceover generation (Eleven Labs), 100% visual sourcing, captions, sound design, and fast pacing.
**Trial & Apply:** Shortlisted candidates get a paid $10–$15 trial reel before awarding the $150 batch.
