About the Role Feel Your Soul (FYS) is a lifestyle and experience brand built around Footsouls — comfort insoles for Converse and Vans that have grown from a single founder's garage idea into a thriving online community across TikTok and Instagram. Founder Jacob Zander built FYS on a simple mission: inspire people to chase their dreams and live a life they'd want to relive. We're looking for a Shopify Web Developer to help us build out new landing pages and website versions, with a sharp focus on conversion. You'll be working directly with the FYS team to turn ideas and design direction into pages that actually convert visitors into customers — this isn't just implementation, you'll be a key voice in how the site evolves. What You Will Do Build and launch new landing pages and website versions on Shopify based on design direction from the team Set up and manage A/B tests to continuously improve page performance and conversion rates Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to reduce drop-off Implement and maintain Shopify apps/integrations relevant to ecom growth (upsells, reviews, email capture, etc.) Troubleshoot and fix bugs or design inconsistencies across the site Collaborate closely with the creative team to make sure design intent translates cleanly into a working page Recommend structural or technical changes that could improve conversion, based on best practices and data What You Bring Proven experience building and customizing Shopify stores (theme customization, Liquid, basic HTML/CSS/JS) A strong eye for conversion — you understand what makes a landing page convert, not just what makes it look good Experience running or supporting A/B tests on a live ecom site Comfortable working independently once given design direction, without needing every detail spelled out A portfolio of past Shopify builds or landing pages you can share Clear communication and reliable turnaround — this is a contract role and dependability matters Why You Will Love This You'll have real ownership over how the FYS website evolves — this isn't a "make one page and disappear" gig, it's a chance to build an ongoing relationship with a fast-growing, community-driven brand. Benefits and Compensation Contract-based, $1,000–$4,000/month depending on experience and scope Open to candidates from any country, with preference for South America, India, or South Africa Opportunity to grow into an ongoing retainer relationship as FYS's website needs expand
What you'll do
