ServiceNow SPM Application Developer

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution. DSA is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to support the MilTech customer in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions across the ServiceNow platform in support of mission requirements. Required Qualifications Active Secret Clearance Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field DoD 8570.01 IAT or IAM Level II certification Minimum 5 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration Strong experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and Linux Solid understanding of web services (SOAP) and object-oriented programming principles Experience working with ITIL v3 processes Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform integrations and toolsets Experience supporting DevSecOps practices, including software development, release, and maintenance Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and Creator Studio Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, Automation Engine, Service Catalog, Incident/Problem Management, Reporting, and Configuration Management Strong customer service orientation with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently or collaboratively Desired Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification ITIL v3 certification Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server Key Responsibilities Design and implement solutions to support new features, capabilities, and system integrations within ServiceNow Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules following best practices Develop automation and integration solutions across the ServiceNow platform Support ongoing system improvements aligned with mission and customer requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions in a secure, mission-driven environment #DSA209 #LI-CW1 The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. DSA - Salary Pay Range $120,000 — $131,000 USD Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
