Service Desk Technician Associate

Service Desk Technician Associate Remote-KY Follows established procedures to resolve routine technical issues and escalate more complex problems. Gains foundational experience in service desk operations while delivering courteous and timely customer service. Essential Functions • Responds to incoming calls, tickets, and requests, following approved scripts and procedures. • Resolves basic technical issues related to endpoint devices, passwords, logins, printers, and standard applications. • Escalates incidents outside scope to higher-level analysts with detailed documentation. • Records accurate information and updates work status in ITSM tools. • Provides clear and courteous communication to end users regarding request status and resolutions. • Assists with setup of end-user accounts and basic software installations. • Participates in required training and skill development activities. • Follows IT policies, security standards, and organizational guidelines. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Experience Requirement: 0-2 years of experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
