Key Responsibilities • Design & develop scalable Web3-enabled applications • Integrate blockchain interactions using Web3 libraries • Build robust backend & frontend components • Collaborate with Product, QA & DevOps teams • Optimize applications for performance, security & scalability • Stay updated with evolving Web3 frameworks & ecosystem trends Requirements • 10+ years in software engineering with hands-on Web3 experience • Strong programming expertise in Java & TypeScript • Experience with web3.js / ethers.js • Experience building distributed/decentralized applications • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices & cloud-native architectures Good to Have • Ethereum / Polygon exposure • Cryptographic concepts & decentralized identity • Docker / Kubernetes experience
