Senior Treasury & Liquidity Manager (AI-driven)

We are looking for a Senior Treasury Professional who can combine deep operational treasury expertise with modern automation and AI-driven workflows.

This role is not about manually processing spreadsheets all day.

We need someone who can:

• build scalable treasury operations;
• automate repetitive work using AI and tooling;
• negotiate and manage banking relationships;
• optimize global liquidity across fiat and crypto rails;
• design a treasury system that scales with a fast-growing international business.

You should be comfortable both:

• working hands-on when needed,
• and acting as the architect of treasury infrastructure and liquidity management.

What You’ll Own

Treasury Operations & Liquidity

• Manage global liquidity across multiple entities, currencies, banks, PSPs, and crypto rails;
• Optimize movement of fiat and crypto funds between jurisdictions and providers;
• Monitor and improve yield on operational liquidity;
• Design treasury strategies for efficient capital allocation and cash positioning;
• Build scalable treasury controls and approval flows.

Banking & Financial Infrastructure

• Own relationships with banks, payment providers, EMI/PSP partners, and crypto platforms;
• Negotiate banking conditions, limits, operational flows, and new integrations;
• Expand and maintain resilient global banking infrastructure;
• Solve operational bottlenecks with partners proactively.

AI & Automation

• Use AI aggressively to eliminate repetitive operational work;
• Automate reconciliations, payment workflows, treasury reporting, and controls;
• Improve treasury processes inside NetSuite and connected systems;
• Introduce scalable tooling, dashboards, and operational monitoring.

Treasury Systems

• Own treasury workflows in Oracle NetSuite;
• Improve integrations between banks, PSPs, crypto infrastructure, and accounting systems;
• Ensure accurate treasury accounting flows together with Finance;
• Standardize and document treasury operations globally.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in treasury, liquidity management, payments, or financial operations;
• Strong hands-on treasury background in international environments;
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency liquidity structures;
• Deep understanding of banking operations, payment rails, and treasury controls;
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to build systems, not just execute tasks;
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite;
• Strong understanding of automation and AI tools in operational finance;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with banks and financial partners;
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, high-growth tech, or payments companies;
• Experience building treasury infrastructure from scratch;
• SQL / scripting / workflow automation experience;
• Experience with treasury analytics and forecasting.
