Senior Test Engineer (JavaScript, TypeScript)

We invite a Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team working on a well-established cloud-based restaurant POS platform used by thousands of U.S. businesses. In this role, you'll contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts, validate real-world customer workflows through Day-in-the-Life testing, and collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, Product teams, and Team Leads to ensure product quality. 🟩 What's in it for you: Work on a large, established enterprise product with real impact on thousands of U.S. businesses Contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts while working with modern technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, WebdriverIO, API testing, CI/CD, and Docker Join a long-term, mature project with stable processes and an experienced engineering team ✅ Is that you? 5+ years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing Strong knowledge of software testing principles and best practices Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO Experience with API and integration testing (REST/GraphQL) using tools such as Postman, and a solid understanding of REST principles and HTTP methods Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Experience testing web and mobile interfaces Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Upper-Intermediate English level Desirable: Experience with React-based web applications Experience with additional automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, or Appium Familiarity with containerized test environments (Docker) Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms Experience with FinTech or payment systems Experience working with U.S.-based or international clients 🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure the quality and reliability of a mature cloud-based restaurant POS platform.
