What you'll do

  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customers across North America and lead technical discussions for issue resolution and RFIs/RFQs.
  • Maintain ongoing post-commissioning technical relationship and act as escalation point for operational questions and technical issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for field issues involving power conversion systems, inverters, and BESS in mission-critical environments.
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely resolution of post-commissioning technical issues and track fault reports to closure.
  • Produce technical documentation (site assessments, root cause summaries), conduct site visits, and report field performance and customer health to leadership.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 10 years of relevant engineering experience in power systems or related fields
  • Fluency in English - verbal and written
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% annually
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) and BMS integration
  • Preferred: Experience with power monitoring platforms and energy management tools
  • Preferred: Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, IEC, ASHRAE
  • Preferred: Project Management experience or certification (PMP or equivalent)
