The Role Outreach is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Business Systems team as a TPM aligned closely to our Finance systems portfolio. This role owns the strategy and execution across our end-to-end Finance technology stack, spanning ERP, procurement, expense management, and HR financial workflows. The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise systems experience, strong cross-functional instincts, and the technical fluency to navigate integrations across a modern Finance tech stack. You'll partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and Operations leadership to drive delivery, shape system strategy, and build durable program practices for a high-visibility portfolio.
