What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US GTM positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring needs, target profiles, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and interview processes.
  • Build strong pipelines of passive talent through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Run structured recruiter screens and provide clear, evidence-based candidate recommendations.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality and candidate experience.
  • Drive candidates effectively through the process and proactively identify blockers or hiring risks.
  • Support offer strategy, candidate closing, and offer acceptance.
  • Build targeted talent maps across the US GTM and cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Identify relevant competitor and adjacent-company talent pools.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and senior positions.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, competitors, and candidate expectations.
  • Continuously assess pipeline quality and adjust sourcing strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM hiring managers and leadership.
  • Run effective intake meetings and translate business needs into clear candidate profiles.
  • Challenge requirements and assumptions when market evidence suggests a different approach.
  • Establish strong feedback loops with hiring teams and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Help hiring managers maintain structured, consistent, and evidence-based assessments.
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions to keep searches moving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS.
  • Track pipeline health, conversion, time-to-hire, and other relevant hiring metrics.
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, research, assessment, and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes while delivering against immediate hiring priorities.
  • Contribute market insights and best practices to the wider Talent Acquisition team.

What they require

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant experience recruiting GTM/commercial profiles in the United States.
  • Strong track record recruiting roles across Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, or similar GTM functions.
  • Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities, particularly for senior and passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the US technology talent market.
  • Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or another complex technical environment is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently across multiple searches.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior commercial leaders.
  • Able to challenge Hiring Managers constructively and use market data to influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools, LLMs, copilots, and automation to improve recruiting productivity and quality.
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a remote-first, international, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, resilient, and delivery-oriented.
  • Able to onboard quickly and generate impact with minimal ramp-up time.
