About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to design, develop, and optimise enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the business. This role combines advanced Tableau development with stakeholder engagement, business analysis, data modelling, and knowledge sharing to deliver high-quality reporting capabilities. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful dashboards and visualisations while supporting ongoing improvements to reporting standards, data governance, and analytics maturity. Experience designing scalable reporting frameworks and dashboard architectures. Experience delivering user training and knowledge sharing. Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Exposure to Salesforce reporting data is highly desirable. Technical Skills Tableau Desktop. Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud. SQL and database querying. Data modelling and data visualisation best practices. ETL and data integration concepts. Salesforce reporting data structures. Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile collaboration tools. Nice to Have AgentForce experience. Salesforce CRM knowledge. Tableau Certified Professional (or equivalent certification). Power BI experience. Snowflake, Azure Data Services, or similar cloud data platforms. Experience working with healthcare or recruitment industry datasets. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Develop data extraction, transformation, and validation processes. Provide recommendations that improve reporting capabilities and business insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data governance and reporting standards. Deliver end-user training and create documentation to build internal capability. Mentor team members and promote effective knowledge sharing across the business. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews. Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues and deliver timely resolutions. Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and analytics maturity.
