What you'll do

  • Drive Cross-BU AI Native Strategy & Alignment
  • Partner with product leadership and enablement teams across business units to develop coordinated adoption plans for EmployeeWorks within AI Native positioning
  • Create capability narratives, ROI talking points, and business cases that enable each BU to confidently position EmployeeWorks to their customer base
  • Align cross-BU messaging so the EmployeeWorks story is consistent and compelling across the organization
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional obstacles to adoption
  • Own the Customer Deployment Funnel & Orchestration
  • Design and operationalize the customer deployment playbook and routing to implementation models (professional services, partner-led, self-serve)
  • Establish orchestration protocol with handoff points, escalation triggers, and support models
  • Monitor funnel health, gather customer feedback, and iterate on routing decisions
  • Work closely with sales, professional services, and customer success to ensure seamless execution
  • Build & Scale Partner Enablement
  • Develop partner enablement program: technical training, implementation playbooks, business case templates, best-practice documentation
  • Establish partner support infrastructure (ticketing, escalation paths, dedicated channels)
  • Define partner success metrics and create feedback loops
  • Coordinate with professional services and partner management on resource allocation and scaling decisions

What they require

  • 12+ years of product management or GTM leadership experience, with at least 3+ years driving strategy in B2B SaaS or platform environments
  • Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and launching products or features at scale (enterprise product launches highly valued)
  • Experience building or scaling partner ecosystems, channel programs, or customer communities
  • Familiarity with deployment, implementation orchestration, or post-sale adoption workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across product, sales, services, and partner organizations
  • Experience working in matrix organizations with competing priorities and ambiguous scope
  • Preferred: ServiceNow platform or product ecosystem experience
  • Preferred: Background with AI or intelligent workflow products
  • Preferred: Sales enablement or field marketing experience
  • Preferred: Post-sale adoption or expansion motion experience
