We drive sustainable ARR growth, profitability improvements, and industry-leading customer outcomes across our platform companies.
The Mission
Build repeatable financial accounting practices that scale across multiple SaaS businesses while enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Execute complete month-end close including revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and accruals under U.S. GAAP standards.
- Document all balance sheet variances over $50K with written explanations tied to operational drivers.
- Perform variance analysis across monthly, quarterly, and budget cycles to isolate root causes for management.

What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- Advanced U.S. GAAP knowledge with hands-on SaaS revenue recognition experience including ASC 606 and deferred revenue.
- Proven track record leading month-end close cycles and preparing complete financial statements independently.
- Expert Excel proficiency including financial modeling, Power Query, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and scenario analysis.
- Hands-on experience with modern ERP systems like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong variance analysis skills with ability to translate financial results into clear business context for non-accountants.
- Demonstrated success identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements with measurable outcomes.
- Experience mentoring junior accountants and building their capability on recurring accounting tasks.
Nice-to-haves
- CA qualification with 2 to 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in PE-backed environments.
- CMA qualification with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Exposure to portfolio company accounting in multi-business or PE holding company settings.
Who you are
You redesigned a reconciliation workflow unprompted, documented it, and reduced close timelines by days. You spotted bottlenecks others missed, built automation with clear ROI, and presented solutions to leadership. You mentored junior accountants through complex issues and watched them improve on recurring tasks. You reversed positions when presented with stronger evidence and publicly credited the insight. You caught errors before they entered the audit file and helped teammates build preventive checklists. You refuse to sign off on closes until all large variances have documented explanations.
