What you'll do

  • Build the internal software that runs Wrapbook's marketing, sales, and client operations.
  • Build full-stack interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Build in and integrate with Salesforce alongside custom applications and services.
  • Use agentic coding tools to prototype fast and ship to production.
  • Work across a cloud data stack.
  • Build LLM-powered features into shipped products.
  • Design, build, and ship internal applications and services end-to-end with clean architecture and long-term maintainability.
  • Build and integrate APIs across the marketing, sales, and client operations stack, including telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, and BI.
  • Ensure reliable handoffs and schema integrity across integrations.
  • Build and own data pipelines that feed reporting and operational systems.
  • Extend and maintain the Salesforce platform, including Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Design AI-native workflows and agents with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls for production use.

What they require

  • 5+ years hands-on software engineering; full-stack, backend, or systems backgrounds preferred.
  • Fluent in a modern language or two, such as Python or JavaScript, and quick to pick up the next.
  • Experience with agentic coding tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
  • Fluent in SQL and strong on data architecture, including schema design, data modeling, and pipelines.
  • Able to build usable interfaces with UX/UI sense for internal tools people actually want to use.
  • Able to design API integrations with attention to schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity.
  • Has built or integrated with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, and APIs, and is willing to keep going deep on it.
  • Ships production software with version control, testing, and CI/CD as default.
  • Owns the full development lifecycle from requirements through UAT, release, and iteration.
  • Has a point of view on where AI and agents create leverage in real workflows from hands-on building.
  • Comfortable observing operators and processes rather than waiting for finished requirements documents.
  • Able to redesign workflows, not just automate tasks.
  • Able to bring engineering rigor to Salesforce and build beyond no-code limitations.
  • Able to translate operator needs into what to build and push back when the ask is wrong.
  • Able to decide when the answer is an agent, deterministic automation, or not software.
  • Owns ambiguity end-to-end: observe, build, validate, ship.
  • Early engineer or small-team experience, or works like someone who wore every hat and shipped before requirements were clear.
  • Preferred: entertainment or project-based industry experience.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certifications.
