What you'll do

  • Design and build the unified persona registration API that provisions accounts across real and simulated cloud services, handling partial failures idempotently
  • Build and maintain the Range Domain Controller management service driving AD configuration (users, groups, OUs, domain policies, subdomains)
  • Design and operate the PKI infrastructure: root CA and intermediate CA hierarchy, certificate issuance pipelines, and client trust stores on Windows and Linux
  • Own the GreySpace user API — account lifecycle (creation, deletion, elevation, demotion) across the service catalog
  • Define and enforce the data model for range personas across AD schema, SSO federation, and per-service account state, owning eventual consistency
  • Collaborate with the user emulation team to meet orchestration requirements
  • Participate in design reviews on trust, authentication, and the platform security model

What they require

  • Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish across written, virtual, and in-person interactions
  • Deep understanding of Active Directory: user and group provisioning, OU design, Group Policy, Kerberos authentication, domain and subdomain configuration
  • Experience automating AD configuration programmatically and building robust APIs on top of AD operations
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, and/or Azure identity management
  • Solid PKI knowledge: CA hierarchy model, certificate lifecycle management, CSR signing workflows, client trust stores on Windows and Linux
  • Strong REST API design instincts around idempotency, partial failure handling, and eventual consistency across heterogeneous backends
  • Familiarity with enterprise identity providers and SSO systems as consumer and integrator
  • Experience with certificate management at operational scale (issuing programmatically, managing expiration, distributing trust anchors)
  • Familiarity with email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is a plus
  • Experience in cybersecurity, red team infrastructure, or environments where identity and trust infrastructure is itself a target or a tool is a strong plus

Benefits

  • Base monthly pay range plus opportunity for annual bonuses tied to company performance and individual contributions
  • Private medical, dental, vision, and life benefits
  • Company-paid mental health counseling, coaching, and resources through Spring Health
  • Paid parental leave
