What you'll do
- Build and maintain frontend web applications with high quality standards
- Open source web apps and libraries
- Manage open source contributions and issues from the community
- Assist Coinbase teams building onchain products using industry best practices and modern dapp development patterns
- Build key components of the unified Base stack to further Base decentralization
What they require
- At least 3 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 2 years of experience developing web apps and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Next.js
- Experience developing and shipping user-facing features with onchain components
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in frontend architecture and dapp development, including security, performance, and usability
- Familiarity with product and design lifecycles
- Ability to collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers
- Ability to write high quality, well tested, and maintainable code
