We're seeking a skilled senior software engineer to join our high-performing team in building and maintaining the high-scale applications that power our business. Who you are You are an experienced software engineer who excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with a history of collaborating effectively with product and QA teams. You have a proven track record of delivering high-quality code on time and within budget. You are a self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. You use AI agents and tools in your development process. You are passionate about technology and eager to learn new skills. You are a team player who is willing to go the extra mile to help your colleagues succeed. What you’ll do Contribute to cutting-edge greenfield projects that push the boundaries of advertising technology. Develop scalable back-end and front-end code using Ruby/Rails, JavaScript, Java, Experiment with emerging AI technologies to identify the optimal tools for each task. Maintain exceptional code quality through thorough code reviews and comprehensive automated tests. Utilize agile methodologies to manage multiple weekly releases. Participate in and enhance DevOps processes for our revenue-critical applications.
