Senior Software Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer with 4 - 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience in Java, hands-on exposure to AWS cloud services, and a good understanding of practical AI/ML workflows or integrations. You will work on building scalable APIs and optimizing backend services for performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications and architecture. Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using Java. Implement and optimize data models and queries for AWS DocumentDB (MongoDB-compatible). Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage backend solutions. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, and maintain code quality, performance, and security. Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Work with databases and optimize complex queries and database performance. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. Identify and resolve complex technical issues, debug applications, and optimize existing systems. Research and present new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and software quality, staying ahead of industry trends. Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of strong development experience in Java. Proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture. Strong proficiency in Java (core and advanced), design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. Exposure to a product-based environment. Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with exquisite attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and logically. Soft Skills Ownership mentality with strong problem-solving instincts. Clear communication across distributed teams; capable of driving architectural trade-offs.
