Required Skills & Qualifications · 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years as a Software Architect, Principal Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role. · Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular 16+. · Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (Amazon DocumentDB preferred). · Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS applications using microservices, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and event-driven architectures. · Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure cloud platforms. · Experience designing secure, API-first, cloud-native applications. · Daily experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. · Familiarity with AI concepts and workflows including LLMs, RAG, MCP, and agentic development. · Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
