What you'll do
- Threat model new product features and integrations and harden systems with effective controls.
- Operate and evolve the application security toolchain while keeping it high-signal for developers.
- Own day-to-day security operations across detection stack including alert triage, issue resolution, and noise reduction.
- Triage vulnerability and bug-bounty findings by real exposure and drive remediation.
- Support incident response end-to-end.
- Take security tooling and projects from evaluation through organization-wide rollout.
- Automate repetitive security work with AI for AppSec workflows, access reviews, audit evidence, and vendor due diligence.
- Build reusable AI components, Claude skills, and agents for engineering and other functions.
What they require
- 5+ years hands-on security engineering spanning product/application security and security operations.
- Track record of technical security assessments, system hardening, policy analysis, and implementing controls.
- Adversarial mindset with ability to pressure-test assumptions.
- Experience with AI/LLM tools like Claude Code.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to automation and building reusable tooling adopted by other engineers.
- Experience owning security projects end-to-end.
- Experience securing high-value/high-throughput transaction systems.
- Clear communication to explain risk and drive findings to closure.
