We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior SAP Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering robust SAP solutions that support business operations across complex enterprise environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of functional support activities and drive continuous improvement across critical business processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support across SAP modules to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
- Analyze and resolve incidents while maintaining service quality and adherence to defined service levels
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into practical SAP solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams to design, implement, and validate functional enhancements
- Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and propose sustainable improvements
- Support change management activities, including impact assessment and end-user coordination
- Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to guarantee solution quality and stability
- Collaborate with key users and business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with operational needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern tools and best practices to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience specializing in functional support, Application Management Services (AMS), incident management, and continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
- Hands-on experience in ticket handling, incident analysis and resolution, requirements gathering, change management, enhancement support, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA monitoring, working directly with key users and business units
- Solid knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), along with functional experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM), including participation in transportation planning, execution, and monitoring processes, distribution logistics, load management, transport orders, and integration with commercial and logistics processes
- Ability to develop functional specifications, coordinate development with technical teams, perform unit and integration testing, validate interfaces, and ensure proper integration between SAP modules and external systems
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities, with experience adopting Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency and incident resolution
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP-SD Sales Support functionality, including handling sales inquiries, complaints, returns, and post-sales activities to strengthen customer service processes
