Role We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a remote role based in South Korea , reporting to the Head of Solution Engineering in the Solutions Consulting department. As a critical technical partner, you will drive the digital transformation of our enterprise customers by providing expert thought leadership and high-impact technical guidance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process, ensuring our solutions are positioned to solve complex business challenges effectively. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience 7+ years of experience in presales roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on selling security solutions and technologies Hands-on experience with systems installation and administration of routers/switches Deep technical knowledge of network security principles and applications What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience utilizing AI-powered threat intelligence platforms, automated proof-of-concept simulation tools, or predictive analytics to optimize cloud security architectures and accelerate technical validation cycles Technical proficiency with GPO, Active Directory/LDAP, and SSO/SAML integrations Strong understanding of HTTP and web security technologies, including proxies, caches, and firewalls #LI-Remote #LI-LK2 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
