What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementation projects from discovery through post-go-live support.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Sage Intacct configurations.
  • Configure company structure, dimensions, modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, permissions, and system settings.
  • Design and implement dashboards, financial reports, custom reports, and operational KPIs.
  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, imports, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations between Sage Intacct and third-party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Conduct solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Deliver administrator and end-user training sessions while developing implementation documentation and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve client business processes using Sage Intacct functionality.
  • Provide post-implementation support, system optimization, and ongoing technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Leaders, developers, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects while ensuring timelines, milestones, and client expectations are met.

What they require

  • 5+ years of hands-on Sage Intacct implementation and configuration experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct modules, dimensions, workflows, reporting, and security administration.
  • Experience with ERP implementation methodologies and business process analysis.
  • Experience supporting data migration and system integration.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party software integrations.
  • Strong project management and client-facing consulting experience.
  • Ability to align with U.S. business hours (PST) with flexibility based on client collaboration and project deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with US partners and teams
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Sage Intacct Implementation Certification.
  • Preferred: Experience working with U.S.-based accounting firms, finance organizations, or ERP consulting companies.
  • Preferred: Exposure to financial reporting and accounting workflows is preferred but not required.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
  • Ability to communicate and present with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent client relationship management and consulting skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning.
