What you'll do

  • Partner with Solution Architect, Sales Strategy, Ecosystem, and Go-To-Market stakeholders to translate pre-sales, consumption, pipeline, and sales efficiency questions into analytical requirements.
  • Design and build AI and analytic solutions for trial management, win rates, adoption, conversion, and sales metrics.
  • Build maintainable solutions in business intelligence and AI tools following internal standards.
  • Partner with operational and data teams to define stakeholder and engagement data model requirements.
  • Use segmentation, cohort analysis, and A/B testing to inform scaled engagement strategies and forecast digital program impact.
  • Act as a sales analytics subject matter expert by sharing best practices, documenting methodologies, and guiding partners and analysts.

What they require

  • Experience in analytics roles focused on pre-sales motions and SaaS, including customer engagement, adoption, and health across the customer lifecycle.
  • Background combining data from multiple customer and go-to-market systems into a unified view of pre-sales and partner engagement outcomes.
  • Proficiency writing complex SQL queries with joins, aggregations, common table expressions, and conditional logic.
  • Experience analyzing pipeline, pre-sales engagements, trial success rates, and other sales metrics using SQL and Python.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Field Operations / RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success partners to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions and tools.
  • Experience working with sales data quality, structure, and usability across Snowflake, dbt models, and other data sources where relevant.
  • Ability to translate complex pre-sales and sales questions into clear analytical approaches and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Sales in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Attention to data quality, consistency, performance, and clear documentation of assumptions, logic, and edge cases.
  • Openness to experimenting with new tools and methods, including generative AI and experimentation techniques.
