This role will contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and audit readiness. You will independently manage more complex audit requests, prepare higher-level supporting documentation, liaise with the Finance team, and ensure high-quality data delivery to external auditors. You will work closely with internal teams and external auditors to maintain robust reporting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare complex supporting schedules, analyses, and reconciliations for auditors;
- Review Analyst-level documentation and ensure it meets audit standards;
- Act as a primary contact for Finance teams to obtain detailed financial information;
- Manage audit request lists (PBC lists), follow up with data owners, track progress;
- Identify inconsistencies or data gaps and proactively resolve them;
- Assist in planning and coordinating interim and year-end audit deliverables;
- Support improvements in data collection and documentation processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in external audit (preferably Big4), financial reporting, or accounting;
- Strong Excel technical skills, ability to work with large datasets;
- Solid understanding and knowledge of IFRS standards, financial statements and audit principles;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests with tight deadlines;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Completed ACCA certificates is an advantage.
