Senior Regional Recruiter for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment from entry level to Manager/Director. What you'll do

  • Provide full-service recruitment for the Asia Pacific Region across entry to senior (Manager-Director) levels.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential talent; network and build partnerships.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database.
  • Recruit mid-level positions in the Region and coordinate with Executive Recruiters on executive searches.
  • Use HR recruitment processes and systems to post jobs, update applicant status, communicate with applicants, and conduct pre-screening/phone interviews.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 7 years full lifecycle recruiting experience (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multi-country Asia Pacific regions, including sourcing across Southeast Asia, China, Oceania and broader APAC.
  • Proven experience recruiting for leadership roles (Manager and above) and reporting to Director & VP level clients.
  • Experience with database management, spreadsheet software and producing reports; experience managing confidential documents and retention processes.
  • Experience working with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
