What you'll do

  • Develop and implement regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies with an emphasis on field and channel marketing, partner collaboration, campaign activation, events, and demand generation.
  • Work closely with the broader Marketing organization, regional Sales and Partner teams to build regional marketing plans, promote brand awareness locally, and help execute ABM / demand generation programs to fuel high growth revenue in the region.
  • Develop the Go-to-Market plan for assigned territories to drive demand, with a strong focus on channel marketing strategies that scale and leverage the partner ecosystem effectively.
  • Deploy integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation programs that support key regional initiatives.
  • Work closely with regional sales, partner, and the broader marketing team to meet pipeline targets.
  • Track results and report on campaign success and deliverables.
  • Own the overall Go-to-Market plan for assigned territories with input and expertise from key internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and partner team to deliver and accelerate pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Implement demand generation campaigns in aligned regions in conjunction with sales and partners to reach buyers and drive demand.
  • Serve as liaison to Sales team, be their advocate and conduit to the larger organization.
  • Maintain relationships with regional partners, conference organizers, and influential associations.
  • Leverage social media to raise awareness and further promote presence at various events.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the region(s).
  • Manage regional budget, accurately estimate costs, and manage execution.
  • Track and report results and act as an escalation point/consultant for the Business Development Rep (BDR) team.
  • Work in partnership with the Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign results for field programs.
  • Align with the Partner organization to build a regional partner marketing strategy that provides mutual business value and enables leverage and scale in the overall regional marketing plan.
  • Activate live and virtual event strategies, including event and booth design, theme development, pre-and-post-event plans.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.

  • Channel marketing experience and campaign orchestration are a must.
  • Strong motivation, collaboration, resourcefulness, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication.
  • Self-starter with startup experience, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, channel-driven environment.
  • An affinity for measurable outcomes and experience in a highly data-driven marketing organization is a must.
  • Project management and organizational skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution, and measurement.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices, to ensure effective collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
  • Experience with organizing local and regional events.
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work with a decentralized, cross-cultural team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth, change, and problem resolution.
  • At least 7 years of proven B2B technology marketing experience, ideally in OT/IoT/IT cybersecurity or related fields.
  • Working, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of typical hi-tech MarTech Stack such as intent platforms and webinar platforms.
  • Be entrepreneurial with a hands-on approach; have a strong track record of defining the marketing strategy and executing plans to generate demand and pipeline directly and with/through Partners.
  • Ability and hands-on experience in planning successful live or virtual events and large trade shows, conferences.
  • Strong communication skills and being comfortable in communicating and presenting plans at the executive level.
  • A proven track record of collaborating and supporting technology field sales organizations, including Senior Account Executives and Channel Partners.
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel: Approx. 35%, domestic and international travel, mostly within the EMEA theater.
