Location: Must be based in Europe. The company is remote-first but maintains an office in Berlin.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end QA strategy for a major live mobile game.
- Manage release quality through planning, regression testing, and staged rollouts.
- Define coverage for SDKs, IAPs, analytics, and remote configurations.
- Drive test automation and improve overall QA efficiency.
- Monitor live performance, investigate crashes, and provide release readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and external QA partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe.
- 4+ years of QA experience in mobile games, specifically on live-operated F2P titles.
- Strong expertise in iOS and Android release flows, including TestFlight and store tracks.
- Experience testing monetization flows, analytics, and SDK integrations.
- Proficiency with Unity, Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools for documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and English communication proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of mobile stability monitoring tools like Firebase, Crashlytics, or DataDog.
