MOBI Automation is looking for an experienced QA automation engineer to design and own a unified testing framework across their Web3 ecosystem, reporting to the CTO/CPO and Backend Lead.
๐ Responsibilities include:
- Building automated QA foundation for smart contract testing with Foundry (Forge) and Hardhat, including fuzzing, invariant tests, reentrancy, access control, upgradeable proxies, and token controls.
- Backend and API testing for NestJS/Express microservices using Supertest, Jest, or Postman/Newman, plus database migration validation and load testing.
- End-to-end dApp testing with Playwright or Cypress, covering wallet connections and transaction flows.
- Implementing CI/CD quality gates in GitHub Actions and integrating SAST/DAST tools while mentoring developers.
๐ Requirements:
- 4+ years in QA Automation or SDET roles, with at least 1.5 years in Web3 or blockchain.
- Deep expertise in Foundry and Hardhat testing, including fuzz tests and upgradeable contracts.
- Strong TypeScript/Node.js skills for testing REST/GraphQL APIs and database migrations.
- Hands-on Playwright or Cypress experience for React applications.
- Proven GitHub Actions workflow building and knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and smart contract vulnerabilities.
- Ability to read Solidity, TypeScript, and NestJS code to identify test scenarios.

- Experience with The Graph Protocol, property-based testing (Fast-check, Echidna), ISTQB Advanced, or open-source contributions in testing/Web3 tooling.
